I searched the phrase how fine is mustard seed and mistyped, typing id rather than is. I have read most of it and have come to the conclusion that I must not be as crazy as I thought. Of late I have noticed that I have been lacking in faith. For me it has never been about believing, I don’t need to believe, because I know God Is real, but lately I have had little faith. Finding my life in disarray. Somehow reading that your daughter does not know or has not been exposed to the trauma of racial barriers is such a fresh hope. I feel I failed my children in that as much as I tried to safeguard them from the world, I found it too over whelming to be able to cut them off from mainstream or popular media, and finally quit trying. So much is wrong with our culture, with our society. I really have for some time been so disillusioned that I and gone the way of thinking “what can I ever hope to do to change things.” But after reading your blog for awhile, God again has shown me That I alone can do nothing. Which I have been very effective in doing lately. My thoughts recently have been that I need to give my life back over, and follow again. It has been a long dry spell, but I think the path has once again become clear. It’s time again for me to say “here I am Lord”

Comment on He TRULY IS a God of Restoration.

Crap you made me cry, I am very happy for Tristan and your family. He gave me the words and amazingly they where heard. I have been blogging a bit lately on myspace, yeah I know I only joined because of my daughter. I miss our talks brother.

Comment on Can YOU forgive?

Love it! I am not really sure how or why I ended up here reading this today, but the funny thing is, God has been working in me this very thing. I can't really say I have forgiven something if I am holding on to bitterness. I have also learned, when I truly want to let it go, even when it seems too hard, when I ask him to take it for me, He is so good, He always does.

Comment on Weekend Update

Great photo!

Comment on Weekend Update

Sweet.

It seems that she and Erin have a similar story when it comes to broken relationships.

Comment on He TRULY IS a God of Restoration.

Thanks for that dude, that is absolutely beautiful.
